Although we do not carry open stock of beading supplies or rubberstamping supplies, we are available to schedule small (1 – 4 people) A-La-Carte classes preferably starting in the mornings on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays before we open for business. Please contact us if you are interested.
We prepare our class and events by request. If there is something you would like to learn, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request, either in the form of one of our previous sessions or through other arrangements. Scrolling back through the class schedule will show some of the classes we have done in the past. **At the moment, our calendar is not functioning in a way that we can add anything new. Please check the “News” page for any classes or events. Thank you for your patience. **
Crafting A-La-Carte is available Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day (mornings 9-11 & afternoons 1-3, we are flexible about those times). The time is available for class but nothing is scheduled until someone reserves the time. The first person to reserve the time chooses what the class will be. We need a minimum of 24 hours notice so we can prepare (some classes require 48 hours to prepare materials). Most classes are available (dependent upon materials availability).
One time of the year that it is difficult to schedule specific Saturday classes is football season. Pendleton is in such close proximity to Clemson that our traffic flow is greatly affected at certain times of the day on home game Saturdays. And our students, who many of which are also fans, are not always able to attend. We therefore schedule a variety of A-La-Carte and Open Studio times instead for those who wish to work around football.
We are excited to again have a booth at the Clemson Downs Holiday Bazaar!
It is held in the Ernie Corley Activities Center and is open to the public.
We usually bring gifts and toys and a little bit of this and a little bit of that.
It should be a fun day, it always is!

Bendy & Other Creative Fold Cards – 2 hours – Terri Earl Brooks – $20
The Bendy card sample has created a lot of requests for another creative fold card class, that includes the Bendy! Looking forward to seeing what fun cards Terri designs this time!
This bendy card in the photo is one Terri designed for another class. The structure of the card for this class is the same, the decorative design may be different. In addition to the bendy card, Terri will teach other creative folded cards.
Frameable Iris Folds – 2 hours – Cindy Earl Higgins – $25
The beauty of Iris Folding, fit for framing.
Cindy will guide the class through creating two works of art that will fit into 8″ x 10″ frames (not included).
It is the 40th anniversary of the Historic Pendleton Spring Jubilee. One of the things they are planning is a welcome party on the green for all of the artists attending. This will include live music. (They are not going to have their booths open for sales until Saturday morning.)
The Mercantile will be OPEN until 8 PM that evening.
2017 marks the 40th Annual Spring Jubilee – Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM & Sunday 12 – 5 PM. They are planning an extra special celebration to mark this milestone for the festival.
About 100 artists showing & selling their creations on and around the village green. Food and entertainment.
Rain or shine event – free admission for shoppers.
